This policy explains how QwikSum (“we”) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Data you keep inside the QwikSum application is covered by your subscription agreement, not by this policy.
What we collect
- Demo form: the details you type in, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, city, how you sell and your message.
- Server logs: our web host records standard technical data for each visit (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and the form is meant for business enquiries only.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the demo you asked for. Sending the form is your consent to this.
- If you gave your email address, to send you one automatic confirmation that we received your request.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who else handles it
Your enquiry is sent from our own server by email to our team's mailbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). Our web hosting provider runs the server and mailbox on our behalf. We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and third parties
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with outside services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up on them, and are then deleted. Server logs are rotated automatically by our host.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to have it erased, or to withdraw your consent. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Grievances and contact
For any request or complaint about your data, write to info@qwiksum.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
